6th June 2014

Pembroke Real Estate has submitted a planning application for a 990-home residential development on the Isle of Dogs.

The six-building project will be built on the empty 2 Millharbour site, near to the South Quay DLR station, and will consist of 699 private flats, 197 social rented flats and 94 intermediate homes. Designed by Rolfe Judd, the scheme’s tallest building will rise to 50 storeys, towering above a new public square and a host of shops, restaurants and cafés.
