Plans submitted for 2,000-home final phase of Stratford Cross

Lendlease and The Crown Estate’s Impact Partnership joint venture has submitted plans to the London Borough of Newham for the final phase of Stratford Cross, comprising 2,000 homes across affordable housing, market sale, student accommodation and co-living tenures. The proposals also include a new public park, ground-floor retail space and improved walking and cycling routes, with construction expected to begin in 2028 and take approximately three years, subject to planning approval.
