Ballymore unveils 434 homes at 25 Cuba on the Isle of Dogs

Ballymore and Penta Real Estate have launched 25 Cuba, a 52-storey residential development on the Isle of Dogs comprising 434 studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from £395,000 to £2.75m. Scheduled for completion in 2029, the scheme will include private balconies, a one-acre park and extensive resident amenities, including workspaces, meeting rooms, content creation studios and a 32nd-floor fitness suite with a Yoga terrace. Research commissioned for the launch found 62% of prospective London buyers surveyed said their view of Canary Wharf as a place to live had improved over the past decade, while more than three quarters said they would or may consider moving to E14.
