Areli wins approval for 54-storey Marsh Wall residential towe

Areli Developments has secured planning permission for 77 Marsh Wall, a 54-storey residential tower on the Isle of Dogs in east London. The scheme, approved by Tower Hamlets Strategic Development Committee, will deliver 820 homes across build to rent, serviced apartments, co-living, intermediate tenures and social rent, alongside more than 34,000 sq ft of publicly accessible space and 4,600 sq ft of retail space. Amenities will include private green spaces, co-working areas, a cinema, gym and pool. Areli expects the development to support around 2,200 construction jobs a year and create 151 full-time jobs upon completion, while generating approximately £7.8m in annual household expenditure.
