Overground stations increase value

Properties within a ten-minute walk of a London Overground station can rise in value by up £18,000 each year, according to a new study

Since 2007, when the rail network was established, prices of homes along the line have risen by an average of 3% per year. The average price of a home along the Overground now stands at £580,000, compared with £440,000 elsewhere in London.
