New funding for Baltimore Wharf

The Baltimore Wharf residential scheme in London’s Docklands has received £101.75m in loans from Starwood European Finance.

The 366-unit project consists of two towers, one 46 storeys high, the other 18; it is being developed by Galliard Homes, Frogmore, C J O’Shea Group and LBS Properties, and is due to be finished by summer 2016. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the development’s one-, two- and three-bed apartments provide stunning views across Canary Wharf. Residents will be able to enjoy an on-site split-level brasserie, bar and restaurant, along with an exclusive private lounge and a large cinema screen.
