Ballymore seeks partner for Project Ace

Developer Ballymore is seeking a joint venture partner to finance residential developments in London.

Project Ace, the group’s property portfolio made up of three sites accumulatively worth around £2bn, includes 3,000 residential units and 250,000 sq ft of office, leisure and commercial space. Arrowhead Quay in Canary Wharf is a mixed-use waterside community comprising of two towers, 50 and 55 storeys tall respectively. When complete, 990 residential units will be available, along with a new landscaped public plaza with leisure and café facilities.
